No, the bottles are collected by our driver and tagged to identify your bag(s), then brought back to our facility to be processed. At our facility, we use mechanical and manual methods to count your bottles. After processing, customers will receive a receipt of the total amount given to be redeemed and refunds for that order will be sent on that upcoming Friday.

Our aim is to maximize convenience in bottle redemption for our clients. Therefore, we allow flexibility because we understand the challenge of estimating bottle quantities without physically counting them. However, if the number drops below our minimum requirement, we will provide a reminder.  If the situation continues, we may need to adjust the frequency of your bottle pickups over the course of the year.

Yes, we accept redeemable glass bottles. To understand what is redeemable from what is not, visit our Bottles We Accept page.

We ask that glass is given to us in a box or placed into a separate bag from plastic and aluminum containers to prevent possible damage to other redeemables, which will ultimately disqualify those damaged bottles from being refunded.

Please make sure your bottles are empty of all liquids, debris, or foreign substances. Ensure that labeling is intact and bottles are not mangled significantly or flattened. All bottles that do not adhere to these requirements will be disqualified and no refund will be given for those particular bottles.

Please leave your bottles in a secured area when setting them out for pickup or hand them to our driver upon arrival.
